On the fly flight plan change with FS2004

Hello,
I edit my flight plan on Plan-G which is the best tool I have seen, then I load it on FS2004 and can start my flight.
Is there a way - DURING FLIGHT - to change or add a waypoint in Plan-G and then automaticaly refresh FS2004 with the new route ?
