build navigation database

Hello,

Every time I start up Plan-G I have to build the navigation database. At least I think so, because when I start up, all symbols, airports, ... aren't shown on the map. Is this normal that I have to build it every time? Should I save the database? Do I something wrong?
It takes +/- 10min to build the database, what is quiet long...
Anyone a solution?
