V3 Info pannel

If I remember rightly at first when I opened V3 a large info pannel opened automatically on the side.

It was usefull as when the pointer went over an airfilled the pannel was filled with info.

I do not seem to get it opening now.

On your top panel (File, Home, Map, Data, View) select the view tab. From that select the "information" box. Information pop-up should appear and
work as you described.  You might have switched it off somewhere along the line.
