User waypoints

Hello Tim,

Using Plan-G v 3.0.3.56, when i want to create several user waypoints, after few users waypoints, Plan-G does not store the waypoints. When i close and open Plan-G certain user waypoints disappear and others appear.

Where is the trouble?

Do you mean it doesn't add them to its database, or it doesn't draw them on the map? If they are just not appearing on the map, toggle overlays off and on (View ribbon), and they should appear.

I mean that sometime Plan-G do not add user waypoint into database or after having closed and opened Plan-G, waypoints are lost.

I program SID, STAR ans approaches for the Airbus A320 FMC developed by François Doré (see http://www.pilote-virtuel.com/viewtopic.php?id=39706 & http://www.pilote-virtuel.com/viewtopic.php?id=52901 ). For that i have to create a great number of user waypoints when they does not exist in FSX. To do that Plan-G is essential and very kind to use (function QDM, range rings, ...).

What i do :
* I open Plan-G
* I place the departure airport and the waypoints
* I create user waypoints when the WP does not exist in FSX, something like 3 to 10 user WP by flight plan
* After a certain number of user WP created, Plan-G does not save the new user WP
* I save the flight plan
* When opening a flight plan some user WP are lost and must be created again.

After each flight plan, i close Plan-G and open Plan-G to be able to create and save new users WP.

When it stops creating the waypoints are there errors shown in the log file?

Hi Tim:
This is to report the same problem when creating new user waypoints. I'm enclosing Plan-G.txt log although seems not to have any error. What I've observed is that you can create a waypoint (i.e. a VRP for and airport) and the icon appears in the map and also in the database. I try to create a second VRP for the same airport and then icon changes position from first vrp to second and when opening the database I can see the second one but nor the first; simply has changed one by the other.
I don't know if this explanation can be of any help to you.
I'm using the last version pf Plan G.

After my post I've closed Plan-G, opened it again and I went on creating several new waypoints. All has been ok and all them are created and in the database and shown in the map. I enclose the new Plan-G log if it can be of any help.
