Newbie here..apologize if this question
answered many times..tried to search.....
using current version of PG3 on P3D...
seems to work fine...however, when I
export a flight plan to FSX format and
view in P3D Flight Planner, it
loses all way-points....any help appreciated..
thanks, JMH

Could you please attach the flight plan in Plan-G format and the exported one?

Thank-you

Here they are...thanks for your
prompt reply and help....JMH

P.S. I may have attached an extra file
by mistake with a similar name..
problem file ends at Punta Gorta

You cannot end a flight plan at a VOR: It must start and end at an airport or FS will not recognise it.

Thanks for the prompt reply...

further hlep greatly appreciated...

I have solved my own problem...OPERATOR ERROR...
stems from the fact that I did not fully understand the workings
of the Flight Planner in P3D.....now that I do...I see that the
Plan-G imported files work great and have all the original
way points...I was not looking at the "edit" tab when the flight plan
was loaded....thanks for all the help...

I have a similar prob to the first poster here.

Planner works beautifully and I export to FSX, all good.

When loading inside FSX Flight Planner, only my first and last airports show. All my way points do not, and I have to input again on the FSX Planner?

I have loaded 4 or 5 Flights so far, all different places and the same happens.

What am I doing wrong please?  Love my Plan-G though!   :D

You didn't click on FIND ROUTE in FSX did you? Cos that'll wipe out any waypoints you already have..

Hello there...try this...export the plan to
FSX and load it...on the first page that comes up
there are two "tabs" in the upper left of the plan page..
one says "create" and the other say "edit"...the default tab
that is functional is the "create," which assumes that
you want to create yet a new plan with the beginning and ending
airports in your original plan...when you click on the navlog or
create route (I forget exactly the name). all it shows
is the direct route between the two airports...if you
first click on the "edit" page when the plan first loads
you should see your flight plan and all the way points...
hope this helps..

Thank you both very much,

That solved the 'pilot error' nicely.

Plan-G has added enormously to my flying sim pleasure.
