Connection to internet

This may be more a lack of my computer know how than a plan-g problem, but here goes.. after a complete reinstall of my system and the sim(s) plan-g tells me I am not connected to the internet.. but I am. All my other connections work.. any ideas folks? Teecee.

What OS are you using? Could it be that you haven't given Plan-G administrator rights, or not allowed it through your firewall?
