Impossible perparing database for new data for xplane 10.22 64 bit

Hi,

after having G-Plan running well on my Computer I had to change hardware and had to download the new version of G-Plan again.
It is now on the same drive with x-plane 10.22 64 bit.
The installation was made under administrator rights.
I start G-Plan also under administrator rights.
I tried meanwhile to generate the Nav database for I don't know how many times. I also tried with previous versions of G-Plan...no result.
The green strip is running endless from left to right and nothing happens!

Does somebody can tell me what is going wrong?

Access to the path 'E:\X-Plane 10\Custom Scenery\EDDT Berlin-Tegel\Earth nav data\apt.dat' is denied.

Either you don't have access rights to that folder, or it's corrupt.

many many thanks!!! Problem solved, I found a second airport causing same problem.
One last question: why is the log file not on the same drive as Plan-G? I found it on under documents. Can I be transferred to the same drive?
