VORs not displaying

Hi,

Although the "Show VORs" is ticked under Map Settings,  I cannot see any VOR and/or DME on the map.  What could be wrong?

Can you see other things -- NDBs, airports, airspace?

Yes,  everything else seems to be showing ok.

If you select Find->VOR, do you see VORs listed in the dialog?

If not, check the log file (Plan-G_Log.txt) and see if there are error reported while writing the VORs out

There are only about 50 different VORs listed in the Find VOR choice list. 

I have found about 15 errors on the log.txt file, I don't know if they are relevant,  they all read something like:

"22:57:13 Error decoding bgl: Non-negative number required.
Parameter name: count
22:57:13 AF2_7417.BGL Failed (wrong format)."

or

"22:57:13 Error decoding bgl: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.
22:57:13 AF2_7519.BGL Failed (wrong format)"

There is an interesting entry towards the bottom of the log though:
"22:58:44 Writing 7697 VORs
22:58:44  Writing 7697 VORs to VORs9 table."
That suggests that a large amount of VORs parameters were found and appended to a table, but they are just not showing on the map at all.

I suspect the two errors are not related (although I might be wrong). The number of VORs written sounds about right.

Can you send me those two bgl files anyway, and I'll see if I can find the problem with reading them (just zip them up and attach them to a reply)

Do you have a copy of MS Office? If so, you could open the database in Excel (Plan-G.mdb) and see if the VOR data is present.

One final thought; what language are your copies of Windows and FS?

If you post those files here, I'll take a look at them in the morning (it's after midnight here now)

Thanks for looking into this.  I am in the same time zone as you, so I'll be off to bed soon too! 
I've had a look at the mdb file,  it only contains those 50 VORs I mentioned earlier in the Find VOR choice list.
Both Windows and FS copies are in English.

I am attaching the 2 bgl files for your attention.

I'll catch up with it all again tomorrow eve.
