Plan G crashed and cannot be installed again

Hello together
Until yesterday I have a big problme.
My x-palne crashed and I needed to start system new. After new start of the computer I wanted to start plang but it does not work. I decided to uninsatll and install it again but ....
same message. I uninstalled plan g again via the setup option and viw Winodws 7 deinstall optin but without any success. Now I do not know what to do.
Any idea how to bring system back to original set up.
I do not want to set up the whole system newly.
Hopefully get any feedback.

Run the setup.exe of Plan G for a good déinstall.

Then rerun it for a new install.

I deinstalled in different was without success. Today i changed Directory Name for new Installation. It. Works now but i want to understand Why in Order to clean System correctly.
