For the vast majority of flights, it makes little difference what database you use. P3D and FSX (as at 1.3) were pretty much identical, and the only difference would be any addons that were in one but not the other. I don't have P3D2, so I don't know if its base data has been updated, but most likely the same is true. Beyond having a "P3D" button, the P3D database would add very little if you already have FSX.

X-Plane is a different kettle of fish, since its data is much more recent -- there are something like 10,000 more airports in the base X-Plane db compared to FSX.

Hi KDO_Snakebite,

You need to create an empty folder inside P3D v2 and call it FSX.exe then point P3D v2 to that folder.

easy with P3Dv1 yes ! but not with P3Dv2 on my side

could you please KDO_Snakebite tell us how to proceed to make PG3 working with P3Dv2 ?
