Zoom problem in Plan-G v3

Hi Tim,

I have a frustrating problem which I hope you can help with. I've searched through the forum and not found any mention of this, so don't know if it's something on my end or not.

Problem is this - I start to create a flight plan by adding my departure and arrival airports to the plan, this lets me see where I'm headed. I then start to add VOR's or NDB's as waypoints. These of course are added under the last entry ie my arrival airport. This in itself is not the problem, I then right click on the new waypoint in the plan and select "move waypoint up". Now the problem - as soon as the waypoint moves up, the zoom automatically resets itself on the map and zooms way out to level 5 or 6. Then I have to zoom in again to level 10 or 11 and select my next waypoint, move it up and the zoom once again resets. This is particularly frustrating when there are several waypoints to insert in a longer plan.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a known issue?

I suspect it's zooming to fit the whole plan on the screen. One thing you could try if it's a very long plan, is to work on each block separately and save it as a snippet. Then you can merge the snippets into the final plan.
