Mike,

There is a manual within your Plan-G directory, but its for version 3.0 (pdf format).  I think Tim is still working on getting the 3.1 version together.

The new manual is almost finished (I understand - I haven't seen it yet), and will be included in the 3.1.1 update, which is basically ready to go.

These things take time unfortunately, since we have to do other things to pay the bills, keep the family happy and so on.
