Plan-G database problems

I am using Plan-G v3.1.0.82, P3D v2 and my operating system is Win8.1 (with update)

When I build a new Navigation Database my scenery is scanned, Airways are written etc.  However at the end of the database creation, nothing happens. Only the File tab is highlighted along with the Data tab with the word First above it.  I'm obviously doing something wrong or have missed something.

The manual included does not mention Win8 only Win7 and Vista.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Have just copied the file plang3_fsx.sdf (in documents\plan-g files\data) and pasted it in the same folder and renamed it to plang3_p3d.sdf.

Re created the database  (The file size is 147,668 Kb).  I still do not have access to the other tabs, only the File and Data tabs are indicated.  The others are grey'd out.

Is there something else I can try?

Reread the thread - what you've done is pretty much the exact opposite of what you need to do. ;)

What an idiot I am!  Sorry to waste your time.  Re-reading solved the problem.  Plan-G now operational.
