Unable to get Plan Elevation to show in Plan-G

I am having trouble getting Plan Elevation to show in my Plan-G flight plans.  I have downloaded the NGDC tiles and placed them in a DEM folder in Plan-G files within My Documents.  Elevation still won't show.  I may have a problem with the correct "My Documents" folder, as I have two folders showing.  I have copied the DEM folder into both of the "My Documents" folders, but still no luck in getting Elevation to show.  Any ideas.

Did you unzip the DEM files?

Yes, they are unzipped.  Showing as a10s, b10s, etc.

Easy way to check you have the right Documents folder - you should see a log file - Plan-G_Log.txt created with the current date & time. The Dem files go in Plan-G Files\DEM.

The file with the current Log file is located here:  C:\Users\Chuck\My Documents\Documents\Plan-G Files  What is the correct path for Plan-G to access the DEM Files and how can I change it to the correct path?

The  a10s, b10s, etc. are in the DEM directory.

Ok, can you attach your log file? I'm not sure it's going to show anything in this instance, but it's worth a look.
