Plan-g3 crashing when zoom to Moscow, Russian Federation. I check windows logs and found this

Look like one of NDBs in this region parsed incorrectly and plan-g3 crashed trying to display it. After uncheck option to show NDBs program works fine, but no NDBs on map of course.
I use database for X-Plane 10 and Plan g3 version 3.1.1.93

Okay, it looks like a localization issue, so hopefully it should be fixed in build 94.
