Transparent Charts??

Hi there I am new to the site and to Plan-G. Thank you for this program it is a tremendous help to me flying FSX. Last night I discovered a video on youtube where a person has some sort of transparent PDF overlay for Plan-G.(If I heard him correctly) I was wondering if anyone here knew exactly what this is?
