Suggestion: Build Database Window

Hi Tim,

Just wondering if you could change the behavior of the 'Build Database Window' so it can either be minimised or at least doesn't stay on top of all windows when it's building the database.

Do you not like the slow crawl of the progress bar across the screen? It surely beats watching paint dry... well, maybe not. ;)
