What is latest version of Plan-G??

Gentlemen:
I am about to install Plan-G for the first time.  Before doing so I thought I would read through the installation posts in the forum so as to avoid
any problems.

I have Windows 7, and the Gold edition of FSX installed which I understand includes Service Pack 1 + 2.  I also have the paid version of FSUIPC installed.
Is there anything else that I should have installed BEFORE I attempt to install Plan-G?  I also have FS9 installed.

3.1.2, build 102 is current, as per the main page. Make sure you click the right link as there is also a legacy version for Windows XP users.

Otherwise, you're good to go. :)
