I used the heading of test because I was not sure i could get into the forum.

i have had "plan g almost from the beginning. the version I was using was 3.1.0.82.    A couple of days ago plan g would not load the map. When called upon the program .exe it would start by showing he logo but would never load the map. in task manager t would show the program as loaded but there was no map.

Over the years I had various names and versions due to product not installing and I was required to provide new user names and passwords. I was always successful in starting plan g's functions until now.

Now it will not recognize any of the usernames or passwords I have used in the past (they have all been stored in norton pasword manager).

I then down loaded and installed the latest version pg manager 3.1.2.101.  The same problem, would not allow me to register etc. and as always would not send me an email for verification.

I have managed to get into this  forum to post my problem.
I have enjoyed Plan g for many years it makes fsx very meaningful. i don't know what to do if I cannot restore
this program.

Please Help

P.S.  I have current log file if needed.

I don't understand - Plan-G does not require a user registration and never has. Please attach the log file.

Hello Tim,

I finaly got my login problem resolved, now I have a reply button in your post asking for my Plan G Log.

It seems that when I fixed my login problem my most recent login whioch was 6/7 was changed.
The login info i am sending was just before at 5/28 , problem with Plan G was still happening at that time.

I hope what I am sending will help.

Hello Tim,

I seem to have corrected Plan G, map is back everything is working again.
I wonder if it corrected itself when I fixed my login?

I guess you can consider this resolved.
Thanks for your attention

Its Larry, I had to use shirley to get into website.

Thank again

All I can think is you had some kind of general internet connectivity problem, because there's no link whatsoever between the forum logon and the operation of Plan-G - other than they both use the internet.

Still, glad you have it working. :)
