Perhaps I have the wrong type of v3, I am 64bits.

EDIT:-downloaded it again as 64bit, & installed it as administrator but, still NOT Connect

Please attach the log, thanks.

Questions:
Is this on a single PC or across a LAN?
FSUIPC or SimConnect?
Have you verified the  IP addresses in your connect dialog are correct, & the port no. is available (Simconnect)?
Is FSUIPC running (FSUIPC) & WideFS if on a LAN?

Thanx Tim,

Where is the loc file located, search fails to find it.

1. Single PC.

2. FSUIPC4 installed & FSUIPC4.dll shows in FSX modules but there is no mudules on FSX top menu.

EDIT: FSUIPC4 is in the Add-ons on FSX top menu.

The rest I do not understand.

Found in my old notes of 2012 that I solved the same problem when FSX had no ISP 1 & 2 installed.

Plang3 now Connects.

Sorry bothering you for nothing               ....thanx          ....nick
