Syncronization of speeds with Plan G and FSX

Plan-G seems to Lag with FSX. Could be flying over an object in the FSX window but Plan-G window's plane not there yet. There is a certain amount of time lag. Is there any solution to this. Thanks Walt

In Plan-G under File --> Options --> User Aircraft  you can set the Refresh Rate in seconds.

I use 5 seconds. You can make it faster, but you also increase the workload.
