FSX, Win 7 64Bit, lone PC, Installed, Connect but no aircraft following

Hav everything working on my PC... No AV problems and followed step by step instalation of 3.1
Created database pointing to my stand alone fsx-SE. Path to Scenery.cfg
Tried simconnect setting but was not able to connect to FSX.
Tried FSUICP, connected but no synchronization
This is a standalone PC so simconnect should work based on the manual....
What might I be doing wrong....

Please attach your log file for help with the Simconnect issue. Regarding FSUIPC, is it installed correctly? (do you see the Addons menu inside FSX?)
