Can't create Xplane 10 Database

I have tried reinstalling and "Run as Administrator" and deleting the .sdf files but the program still hangs on "Preparing Database for New Data". Is there anything else I can do or is this a bug?
It works great for my FSX installation. Both games are Steam Editions.

Path should be e:\ not e\: You can fix that in the Settings locations dialog.

Thanks Tim, great catch. I could have looked at that for days and not noticed it. I thought I got the path using the browse button but I must have edited it for some reason.
I have both the FSX and Xplane databases working now. I hope to purchase P3D next month so I will be adding that Database as well. Wonderfull program, makes flight Planning much more enjoyable than
any other software I have tried!
