More Elevation issues...

Have recently returned to Plan-G (I know :( ) since purchase of new system.

Installed to C:\Program Files (x86)\Plan-G v3.1.3 under W10 with FSX-Steam Edition.

Plan-G working OK except for the Elevation window which opens as "1-foot height and 1-mile length" (only)! and is completely blank :(

Downloaded and installed all of the global elevation tiles - had to create the DEM folder in Plan-G v3.1.3.
Each region unzipped and added to Plan-G v3.1.3\DEM\a10g etc

Plan imported as .pln but also saved as pg also without elevation information.

I know it has to be something simple (?) but also cannot find the "log file" to check for info as shown other post.



Any advice welcomed.

The DEM folder should be in Plan-G Files, NOT the program folder. You'll also find the log in Plan-G Files.

Oooops ~~~ my excuse is old-age  :o

If my wife sees this she will not be surprised ~~~ just re-read the manual section dealing with this issue and discovered the DEM folder to be in Documents\Plan-G...

Now that I have placed the tiles in the correct folder it is now displaying correctly  ::)
