After Upgrade to Win 10 I See No Map

Following a zapped motherboard, it took a month to get my system hardware rebuilt. I have reinstalled FSX and have started doing the same with my add-ons.  Upon launching Plan-G v3 I saw the expected icons for airports, ILS feathers, NDBs, etc., but the map portion is replaced by a screen full of tiles that all say:

"As of July 11, 2016 direct tile access has been discontinued."

I searched the forum for this symptom but found no matches.  What are my options?  I'm already in major pain from having to reinstall dozens of FSX add-ons.

Getting a MapQuest tile server error? Go into Settings and choose Open StreetMap. Search the threads on 'MapQuest' discontinued for Plan G.
Also at times Open StreeMaps are not displayed correctly. Watch the forums for more information.
