I know, but as I said, OpenStreetMap doesn't show the relief and OpenCycleMap does, which makes it more interesting.
It's just a matter of selecting the correct layer to get rid of those cycle routes.

Plan-G can't do that (right now). So that leaves MapBox to make your own.

I suspected as much. Thanks :)
Ah well, another option is to fly somewhere else ;)

Working great on windows 10 and X-plane 11.  I have been using Plan-G for years (can't remember how many)  but at least since FS2002.  I was a bit down when I couldn't get it to work on X-Plane but after years of tweaking all the incarnations of FS and P3d I have become an expert on tweaking.  Now that I have X-Plane 11 I actually have time to fly without tweaking, the thing I really missed was Plan-G but now that is taken care of.  Excellent program.

The software is perfect my Friend... keep the good job...

Hello,

I just tried to set it up with Win10 and XP11.
Apparently there's sth. not working as intended or am I wrong?

Can anyone think of any reason why I cannot, for the life of me, see my aircraft's icon on my screen but I can see online Vatsim icons? I am on v 3.1.4.124 X-Plane 11 and built the database without a problem. I can use the tool to create flight plans, see all details of any Airport or Navaid but cannot seem to make my XP10 or 11 shake hands with Plan-G via XPUIPC.

Regards.

Show/Hide User Aircraft (F6)?

I tried both on and off :)

EDIT: Current state.

Can post a pic of your FS Connection tab?

In you XPUIPC.ini file, replace 127.0.0.1 with your LAN address.

[XPUIPC SETTINGS]
Tune value = 00
Server Address = 127.0.0.1

Do you run X Plane and Plan G on the same computer?

Argaeus

I changed the IP# in the XPUIPC.ini file to 127.0.0.1

Ran both as Admin. Had NIC error pop-up during start-up of XP11.
Changed the IP# of FS Connections and still no Aircraft icon on map

Both are installed on the same laptop, same hard disk different folders:
Plan G folder is D:\Win10\Plan-G v3.1.4
X-Plane 11 folder is D:\X-Plane 11

Your XPUIPC plugin is very old.

Download and install this one:

That is exactly what I had downloaded yesterday. The win.xpl file is date stamped 10.02.2013 17:42 - same as what I have.
