Can`t open flightplans in FSX

Hello,

what could be the problem that I cannot open the prepared flight plan within FSX ?

The USC is disabled and I have got the administrator rights on my computer.

Any suggestions ?

Most likely reason is your plan either doesn't start at or doesn't end at an FS airport.
