Map not showing

I have just installed Plan-G v3.1.3.113 and all the tiles are blue colored.
There is a note in each tile stating:
Exception: The remote name could not be resolved: 'otile1mqcdn.com'
What is wrong? I would appreciate your help on this..Thanks

Install 3.1.4.123 from the top of this forum.

Tim, you said to install 3.1.4.123 from the top of this forum but I didn't see this at the top of the forum. Do I need newer or stronger glasses.
