PlanG 3.1.4.127 and P3Dv4 - Cant create Database

Hello ,
I start PlanG , go to generate Database, choose P3D , go to settings and put in the Path for P3D.exe and the Path for the Scenery.cfg.
I Press ok , then it looks like PlanG begin import but then it ends .
What is happend is that PlanG generates 4 Files with an Size of 404KB in the Dokument , PlanG-Files , Data Folder.
Thats all.
