Dump VRP.mdb

Was experimenting with importing into VRP.mdb, and it got pretty big.  I thought I might delete it and rebuild, but when VRP.mdb is missing Plan-G will exit to desktop when attempting to open the user waypoint database.

Importing / deleting waypoints is a bit slow, though certainly no show stopper.

Very nice UI on this program.  Good job.
