Convert ".FLT" Plans to ".PLN" or ".PLG"

Sorry if this has been asked before...

Have a bunch of old ".FLT" flight plans that
I'd like to use in P3D4...

I have looked on the web without success...

Any help much appreciated...

.flt files are sim & aircraft state files, not flight plans. (although there may be a .pln file that accompanies them) They will be specific to the sim that created them, & requiring the exact same aircraft (which may not be P3dv4 compatible) etc. You can try opening them Load Saved Flight), but don't be surprised if they don't load.
