update database fails

Hi
I upgraded to version 3.2.1.151
When trying to update my database, I get an error message. See picture.
What to do?

Did a reinstall and then update worked.
I now see some airports as white circles and others as yellow circles.
Any reason?

Yellow circles are addon airports (may be enhanced, or maybe just new airports that are not in the default data).
