Unable to generate database Win 10 1803, P3dv4.2 Plan-G v3.2.1.151

Hi all,
I installed Plan-G in a separated folder, not in folder Program Files (x86). When I try to generate the database I get the error:
Failed to build database (Der Typenintialisiere für "ExtendedPlaceholderCreator" hat eine Ausnahme verursacht) See log files for more information.
Logfile is enclosed.
Any indications what I have done wrong are welcome

By the way: How can I select English language in Plan-G instead of German?

That seems like SqlServerCE didn't install properly for some reason. You could try downloading & installing it directly from the Microsoft Downloads site. Or here's a link for installing that specific dll: http://dllyes.com/sqlserverspatial110-dll/

You can change the language in Options->General.
