P3D 4.3 Plan G access problem

Hello,
Win 10 X64 I installed (new install) P3D V4.3 , now when I start Plan G and try to rebuild the DB I receive a popup for Win10 "Virus & threat protection
Unauthorised changes blocked
Controller folder assess blocked C:\ .. my planG folder ...Plan-g3.exe from making changes to the folder úserprof...\Plan-g Files"

I do not find the solution...
Can you help?

I had to change some option in Win10...
My mistake?
