Plan-G gets no further than splash screen

Hi Tim,

I've been (gratefully) using Plan-G for years without any significant issues. However, for the last couple of weeks I can't get past the 'splash screen'. It appears for a few seconds, then disappears. The program icon then remains on the task bar but nothing further happens.
I've completely reinstalled the latest version twice; the latest time using Revo Uninstaller to remove every trace of it.
I've attached a log file from tonight's attempt to run it.
I've checked that my antivirus software is allowing PG to run. I've now run out of ideas.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you had Plan-G running on a second monitor at some time? Or had a bigger screen resolution? I suspect the window is opening somewhere beyond the visible screen.
You can reset the defaults by deleting the config file:

C:\Users\<me>\AppData\Local\TA_Software\Plan-G3<Magic Number>\<version number>\user.config

Just goes to show that my uninstall process (using Revo Uninstaller) isn't foolproof.
