Yes, and yes. Dot Net Core is the cross-platform evolution of Dot Net, with the advantage that it is an open standard.

If I may be useful, in the "flight plan" table, it seems to me that there is a window cut that cannot be enlarged. I believe that before you also saw the total fuel consumption and other info.

Really big update - thanks. Steam version working very well (auto-find and airport names showing) and my super long flight plans also working.

I have noticed flights over the edge of the map aren't working as per the old version - path goes straight across. Picture and plan attached.

Good day gents.

I've just joined after reading and hearing rave reviews about Plan-G and so would like to download it for use.

My question is which version is best suited to Fs9/Fs2004 please?

I run all the Fs9 updates, mostly MAIW military scenery and have a "modern" RAF/USAF UK set up,but fly mostly twins in IFR and classic piston fighters VFR myself.

My main drive is running Window 7,Fs9 is on a secondary drive that runs XP,so would that also have a bearing
on which version of Plan-G to use?

Many thanks.

It's up to you really. Both versions run on Windows 7, both support FS9.

v3.2.2 is the current release. It's stable, it's been around a long time, but it won't get updated.
v4 is in active development. It's had a major overhaul "under the hood". New features are being added regularly. It's generally stable, but things can break from time to time. There's no timeframe for it to be "finished" (I have a day job....).

None of them support Windows XP: Windows 7 is the minimum requirement.

Excellent.

Many thanks Tim.

I'll bag the latest version and install it on my "runner" (Win 7),it should find or be pointable to Fs9 I assume on
the other drive.

tim arnot

As long as it's on the same PC, it'll find your install.
