I'm using v233 (great).

I'm wondering if the export feature to Airports_Export(PG).csv could include more data fields that must obviously be known from MSFS.

EG - see LEWF - Elevation, Runways, Length, Type (Dirt in this case)

I love this "type" of airfield and the export of all data would allow me to order and search for similar types in similar areas of the world.

I recently bought a UK farmstrips add on which is superb and I'd like to know similar strips in say Spain or elsewhere.

Can such an export be easily achieved or perhaps someone can suggest another method for me to gain this info?

Many thanks in advance for any help !!

I need to think about that. Much of the rationale behind the airport table export was inadequate data in versions past of X-Plane. And that's no longer the case. Plus, the switch in v4 to Sqlite means there is a plethora of database viewers out there that can be used to examine and poke around in the data.

So while there is still a convenience, at least where airspace is concerned, I'm not sure that airport export is even needed now.

OK, well it seems I've highlighted another area for your consideration which is great.

However, if you could point me to any db file either within MSFS or your app that I can access I would be grateful.

I was looking for a *.sqlite file but see none?

Any help appreciated.

*.db in Plan-G Files\Data

Plan-G_NavData2020.db would be for MSFS. But be aware that the database schema are still in a state of flux.

Thanks.

I see you have taken only as much info from MSFS as you need.

I was hoping for all that info and simply don't know how to extract it from MSFS.

E.G. types of runways associated with the ICAO codes.

v234 looks cool - thanks for fixing the range rings.

The properties you mentioned in your first post are all present. Not sure what else you wanted to know...?

This form of communicating isn't the best and as what I wanted to achieve falls outside of what you specifically do I'll say thanks and leave it there.

I am a big fan of you and Plan-G

Cheers,
