VATSIM traffic in build 239

Hi,
Just downloaded and installed build 239.  All good but the refresh of Vatsim traffic is taking about 180 seconds compared to only 60sec in VATSpy.  Is there a way to change PG refresh rate?

ou can change it by hacking the settings file, but there's no UI for it yet.

I'm good navigating around the directories but I'm no Pro.  Can't even find the file.  I'll wait for the UI.

The readme tells you how to find it, but yeah it's not in the easiest of places.
