Plan G version 3.2.2.167 blue tiles

I have windows 10 and have just downloaded Plan-G v.3.2.2.167. The map screen rapidly becomes filled with blue tiles and the message 'Exception:The operation has timed out. We are sorry but we don't have imagery for this zoom level for this region'. I've tried zooming in and out but makes no difference. Would really appreciate guidance as to what I should do.

Try a different map provider (File -> Options -> General). It's possible there are server connection issues - these are usually temporary.
