Hi Tim
I had to do a new install of P3D v5.2 after a Windows 10 update.  I had Plan-G v4 running before the update, but after uninstalling it and deleting all the old files, followed by a clean install, it won't run.  It keeps asking for .Net runtime.  I have installed dotnet-runtime-3.1.17-win-x86, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, rebooted the computer but when I try to start Plan-G v4, it still asks for dotnet runtime.  I'm just going round in circles.  Do you have any clue where I'm going wrong?

Not really, but you aren't the first person this has happened to.

There's a way of distributing apps that includes all the runtime files in the distro, and I'm currently looking at that. But obviously it produces a much bigger download. (however it should eliminate the problem of not being able to find the correct runtime). Hopefully I can have a tryable version of that by the weekend.

Thanks for the response Tim.  For your info, I've got Plan-G v4 installed on my D: hard drive, but dotnet-runtime-3.1.17-win-x86 installed itself on my C: SSD.
