Most up to date? No idea, there's no dating information.

If you're wondering why the LLR is not shown in MSFS, that's because the default data is wrong (it correctly shows it as Class D, but does not distinguish it from surrounding airspace). You could install Navigraph, which corrects the problem, although it is payware.
