Problem unzipping latest version Plan-Gv4

i think the zip file might be okay. Maybe there is something wrong, on how the file is supplied on the server for download or how the request is handled. i have no technical knowledge on that. but what i have seen is that:
1) when downloading you dont see the progress, because it does not display the final filesize. it just says how fast it is downloading and how much has been downloaded so far. therefor estimatet download time cannot be displayed (it says unknown)
2) i have downloaded the file several times (firefox and edge). The filesize is always different. 71 MB, 75MB, 121MB

I also noticed the the filesize showed up as different each time I tried.  However, I can confirm that the DROPBOX link works perfectly and the download is almost instant!!!
