Plan-G on 2nd monitor

Having just installed Plan-G two things are puzzling me .
1.) Can it be run on a "2nd monitor" with the main one in " full screen mode" ? if I switch from "windows mode" to "full screen mode" this causes Plan-G to close down on the other monitor.
2.)Is there a list of key-presses that can be used instead of mousing all the time   ???

1. No I think you have to use Windowed mode.

2. Not at this time.

Are there any plans to make it possible to run on the second monitor in full screen mode?  Sure would be a better fit for my style of flying.
