Script Issue During Flight Planning

Hi Tim,

The attached pdf has a screen print of a script error that I receive constantly. This happens during flight planning, and I do not connect at all with FSX - I only use your wonderful app for planning purposes.

Any time that I reposition the map or zoom in/out, I receive the script error saying that it might slow my machine if it continues. Each time this happens I get the script message anywhere from 3 to 6 times in a row, before it will allow me to continue using the application.

I am running Windows 7, Plan-G v. 0.9.1.423, and do not have FSUIPC installed. I have no idea what could be the problem that is causing this script issue. Can you help?

Thanks. Thomas

I'm not really surprised considering how far out you are zoomed and how many intersections - in particular - you are showing. At low zoom levels it is advisable to have fewer overlays selected. You can press the Reset All button to restore the default settings (which were arrived at after considerable testing), or run the MapReset.exe app.

You can also use the Show/Hide Map Overlays checkbox on the Home ribbon to disable overlay redrawing while you are zooming or scrolling about.

Thanks, Tim. I'll run through this and see if it does not set things right/correct. Much appreciated.  :)
