FS9 database build unable to decode airport file

While rebuilding the FS9 database, Plan-G_Log.txt indicates an airport file was not decoded.  File was compiled by bglcomp.

Error decoding bgl: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.
ZLGM_ADE9_S7319.BGL Failed (wrong format).
