Aircraft tracking on map

My aircraft moves in jerks.  Can I make this so that it follows my flight path smoothly?  Is there a setting I haven't found?

Thanks for the quick reply.  I had it set for 5 seconds so I changed it to zero.  It is now stuck.  What is the best rate to set?

Zero means no updates. The shortest interval is 1.
