Saving Plan .pdf with more than one page

I create flight plans for my GA group and usually there is only a one page flight plan to print and scan and then I forward to group as a .pdf. Previously when creating a plan that has more than one page I have to print each page, then scan each page separately and then use another program to combine the two .pdf's into one .pdf. I have looked in the documentation and cannot find how to do this in a more simple way. Is the plan stored by the Plan G program as a single .pdf file or similar anywhere prior to printing?

If you select 'Print to PDF' in the print output dialog, does this not give you a multiple page PDF file? It does for me...
