Which version of X-Plane are you using?

When you build the X-Plane database in Plan-G it should pick up the current Navigraph data (which is integrated into the X-Plane folder structure). When you update the data from Navigraph, you will need to rebuild the database in Plan-G, then it should pick up the new data.

Can you perform a database build and then take the log file (My Documents\Plan-Gv4 Files\Plan-G_Log.txt) and attach it here, then we can investigate further.
