Found location info for local logbook.

Store:
C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SystemAppData\wgs

Steam:
C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\userdata\<steamuserid>\1250410\remote\kh_logbook
