Installation of Plan-G

I have just installed the latest version of Plan-G. Unfortunately it is not working. When I start it up, I get the message "Cannot find 'file:///E://google.html'. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct."
What have I done wrong with the install and how can I fix it?
